OVDC is ready to commence work of the Kahathuduwa Phase II, Delkanda Luxury Housing project, Nuwara-Eliya City Centre Mix Development and Maligawatta Housing projects in the near future. OVDC is also in the process of commencing proposed projects named as, Bambalapitiya Ocean Tower Phase II, Anuradapura, and Kegalle Housing Projects within the period as a cooperate plan within the next 10 years.
