1.2   General Description of Project:

OVDC intends to develop a Luxury Apartment Complex at Delkanda, Designed for professionals. The project has obtained Preliminary Planning Clearance from the Urban Development Authority (UDA), accordingly F.A.R, plot coverage and height limit.

The proposed development comprises approximately 120 housing units, including three-bedroom apartments (1,200 sq. ft.), two-bedroom apartments (900 sq. ft.), and studio-type units (600 sq. ft.), together with car parking facilities and modern common amenities.

The final layout and specifications may vary based on the outcomes of the detailed design and feasibility studies. The project will be developed on a 100-perch land located in a highly residential area of Delkanda, ensuring convenience, accessibility, and an enhanced urban living environment.
